With its motto 'where dreams come true', this grand manor with its romantic flair is home to one of Germany's best restaurants, the aromatic gourmet cuisine of starred chef Dieter Muller. Schlosshotel Lerbach is a classic, turn-of-the-century architectural gem located near Bergisch Gladbach, approximately 30 minutes from Cologne, a major conference and trade show center. The hotel, which takes its name from the narrow creek, in 1384 was recorded as being the castle of the knight Johann von Hoenen. After centuries as a private residence, it was converted in 1992 into a hotel.
